SHIPPING POLICY

All products are shipped one of two ways:  in flat rate boxes or by size and weight, and secured with bubble wrap and packing peanuts.   Tracking and insurance is provided for all shipped packages, and most clients can expect to receive their package within 2-5 business days. 

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.  Extensive aesthetic options are given at the time an order is placed, so that each unique piece is produced to your liking.  In the rare occurrence that a piece is damaged through shipping, a new piece will be produced in its place, if proof can be provided that the piece is damaged.  Damaged goods must be reported within 3 days of receiving the package. 

PAYMENT METHOD

To place an order, please use the contact form to inquire. Please understand that made to order pieces can take 2-3 weeks to complete.  To reserve your order, please use the contact form on this website and include item and listed price.  PayPal is my preferred method of payment, and an email will be returned with instructions on how to forward payment. Shipping will be included in your final total.  Shipping rates vary by size and weight, but I shop around to provide my clients with the best options.  If you are purchasing a large artwork on canvas, Canvas will be taken off of the stretcher bars and sent in a mailing tube.  This method of transport, ensures that pieces have less opportunity to be damaged through shipping
